We then scan every part on your order twice during the fulfillment process, once when it is picked and again when your order is being boxed for shipping. This duplicate scanning virtually eliminates fulfillment errors.


At Partstree.com, we accept all new, un-installed, re-saleable parts for a full refund, excluding shipping, if returned within 30 days. We do not exclude special order parts. We do not make you accept store credit. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Compare that with our competition.
