Website Usage
All transactions made on the Partstree.com website are fulfilled through Partstree.com and include a shipping and handling fee.
Credit/debit cards are pre-authorized at the time the order is placed to verify that they are valid and have sufficient funds, but are actually charged at the time the order is shipped. Order invoices and credit card payments will show a charge from Partstree.com in Austin, TX.
Information about the status of your order is available by visiting the Order Status page on our website. Additional inquiries pertaining to your order may be submitted via our Contact Us form or by calling us at 512-288-4355.
Pricing
Prices on the Partstree.com website are in effect at the time of order placement, excluding errors or omissions. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
Texas residents are subject to sales tax of 8.25%. If you are tax exempt, please add a note with your order. We will require a "Tax Resale or Tax Exemption Certificate" on file to ship an order without sales tax.

Mistakes
If we make an error in shipping you the parts you ordered, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.
Damage in Shipping
If you believe your parts were damaged or lost in shipment, contact Partstree.com Customer Service and we will communicate with UPS on your behalf to enter a claim. Do not throw away the box or any of the contents, doing so may result in UPS denying your claim. In the event that UPS may want to see the packaging or parts before settling the claim, you will need these items available for inspection. Partstree.com will immediately re-enter a replacement order for you which will be charged to UPS in the event the damage occurred during shipment.
Defects in Manufacture
If you believe a part you received has a manufacturer defect, please Contact Us immediately. If we can verify a defect does exist we will replace the part at no additional cost to you. Note that neither Partstree.com nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for a customer's misuse of merchandise.
Part Availability and Fulfillment
Most orders ship from our inventory within one business day. We are constantly evaluating and expanding our inventory in order to increase the number of orders that ship within one day. Parts on customer orders that are not in our stock are ordered from our suppliers every morning. It generally takes about 1-5 business days to get the parts into our stock allowing us to fill and ship your order. Parts that are not in stock at our suppliers (the Original Equipment Manufacturer) will take longer to obtain and these delays are not in Partstree.com's control.
Partstree.com does not condone local dealer racing and reserves the right to ban users found to repeatedly cancel orders.
Returns
If you need to return a part, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our Order Status page. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the part to us for a refund. For parts shipped via USPS 1st class mail, you have 30 days from the date of shipment. Once Partstree.com receives and processes your return, we will apply a refund (less shipping charges on your invoice) to the credit card used to pay for the order. Partstree.com does not charge a re-stocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned parts must be in new, un-used and re-saleable condition.
In order to enable efficient and timely processing of returns, all returns should have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging and must include a copy of the order invoice.
Shipping
Standard Service
Partstree.com currently uses UPS Ground as our default shipment method and we charge a flat $11.00 per order for Shipping and Handling. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are a flat $30.00 per order. Orders that are abnormally heavy or large in volume are subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you if your order requires additional shipping charges. Note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical delivery address.
Expedited Service
If you would like expedited shipping, either next day or 2nd day, please add a note to your order authorizing the upgrade. We do not currently have the ability to price these services at the time of order, as they are highly dependent upon the size, weight and distance of the shipment, but they are generally less than $30.00 for 2nd day and $45.00 for Next day. If the charge is going to be more than this amount, a customer service representative will contact you for authorization.
USPS 1st Class Mail
If your order is very small, light and inexpensive, we will ship it, at the customer's request, via the US Postal Service's 1st class mail for a flat Shipping and Handling fee of $4.95. Your parts must fit within a 5" x 5" x 7" box, weigh less than 8 ounces and cost less than $15.00. This method of shipment does not provide shipment tracking, so our 30 day return policy is based upon the day it is shipped. This method of shipment also does not include insurance on the shipment and Partstree.com accepts no responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our warehouse.
Partial Shipments
By default, Partstree.com holds orders until we can ship them complete. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order by sending us an email via our Contact Us page. There is an additional Shipping and Handling fee per partial shipment. This fee will be charged at the time of partial shipment.
Other
Due to shipping restrictions, all lead-acid batteries ship WITHOUT acid.

Partstree.com disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Partstree.com shall not be responsible for any commercial, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of any products. All merchandise is warranted under coverage as provided by each individual manufacturer. Goods to be returned for warranty consideration must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which can only be issued by Partstree.com. Please use the Order Status page to request an RMA number.
OEM References
Partstree.com sells Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and in some cases third-party manufacturer "alternative" parts. References to OEMs, their trade names, or their part numbers is for identification purposes. Partstree.com specifically notes when an aftermarket part is available as an OEM alternative and does not ship aftermarket parts as if they are OEM parts. Partstree.com does source some OEM parts from multiple sources so the OEM reference may change at fulfillment. Two examples: 1) Sourcing engine parts directly from the engine manufacturer instead of buying them from the equipment OEM (e.g. buying Kawasaki engine parts from Kawasaki instead of from Husqvarna) and 2) Sourcing a part used for multiple brands from a single OEM source (e.g. Exmark parts purchased from Toro ... the parent company).

Part numbers, descriptions, pictures and diagrams are the property of the manufacturers and Partstree.com can not guarantee their correctness. It is the user's responsibility to determine a part's correctness for a particular application.
Unless otherwise specified, parts indicated for the RIGHT or LEFT side of a machine are to be interpreted as if you are sitting in the driver's seat facing the front of the machine or standing behind the machine handle facing the front of the machine.
Unless specified to be in a set, parts shown on diagrams and in parts lists are sold in single unit quantities for the amount shown on the parts list. The diagrams are for reference use only and do not necessarily indicate quantities or sets.
