All orders placed via the PartsTree.com website or over the phone via the PartsTree Call Center team, are subject to the PartsTree.com Terms & Conditions. Submission of an order indicates the customer has read, understands and accepts these Terms & Conditions, so we encourage you contact us if you have any questions.
All transactions made on the PartsTree.com website are fulfilled through PartsTree.com or one of our suppliers and include a shipping and handling fee.
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or debit cards. We also take mail orders with money orders and personal checks. In the case of personal checks, we will hold the order until the check clears.
Credit/Debit Card Transactions
When an order is submitted, the credit/debit card is pre-authorized to verify its validity and obtain an authorization for the purchase amount. Cards are charged at the time the order is shipped. Order invoices and credit/debit card payments will show a charge from PartsTree.com in Austin, TX.
Debit Card Transactions
Some debit card transactions will appear as if the card has been charged when we pre-authorize at order submission. This is because the issuing bank must guarantee the funds and thus removes them from the cardholder's account, so they cannot be subsequently withdrawn. Some banks will then show a subsequent "actual charge" separate from the pre-authorization, making it appear as if there are two charges to the account until the bank returns the pre-authorization amount to the account. If it appears that your card has been charged twice, please wait a few business days for the bank to release the pre-authorization amount. If after a few days it still appears that you have been double charged, please contact your bank. We have no influence over how your bank handles debit transactions and the policies vary bank to bank.
Mail Order Transactions
If you are a Texas resident, please include sales tax of 8.25% on the total order value, including the shipping and handling fee, as there is sales tax on shipping within Texas. If your Shipping Address is outside of Texas, please contact our Customer Service team to ensure you are included the correct amount for applicable taxes and shipping fess. If you do not send the appropriate payment, your order will not be processed until we can contact you and make payment arrangements.
If you would like to fax in an order, our fax number is listed on our Contact Us page. Along with the brand, part numbers and quantities, please include your email address, your shipping address, whether you have a commercial account or not, and most importantly, your TELEPHONE NUMBER, so we can call back for payment information. Please DO NOT include credit card information on your fax, we will call you to get that information later.
Information about the status of your order is available by visiting the Order Status page on the PartsTree.com website. You will need your email address and the order number to view your order status. We pride ourselves on shipping most orders from our inventory within 1 business day. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they enter the shipping process, which, if all parts are in stock, may occur within minutes of placing the order. Submit additional inquiries about your order via our Contact Us email form or by calling PartsTree.com Customer Service.
Prices on the PartsTree.com website are in effect at the time of order placement and, excluding errors or omissions, will not change during order processing. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Accuracy Guarantee
Upon delivery of your package, please immediately check the contents for accuracy. If we made a mistake, we will correct it at no additional cost to you but we ask that you please Contact Us immediately to report the error.
Damage in Shipping
If you believe your parts were damaged or lost in shipment, please Contact Us immediately and we will communicate with the carrier on your behalf to enter a claim. Do not throw away the box or any of the contents as doing so may result in the carrier denying the claim. In the event that the carrier wants to see the packaging or parts before settling the claim, you will need these items available for inspection. PartsTree.com will re-enter a replacement order for you which will be charged to the carrier.
If your order is being delivered via LTL Freight, you will need to immediately inspect the packaging and contents, so that you can report any damages to the delivery driver before signing for and accepting the delivery. Please take photos of all problem areas for reference later. PartsTree.com will not be able to file a claim for damages that are not reported at time of delivery for LTL Freight shipments.
Defects in Manufacture
If you believe a part you received has a manufacturer defect, please Contact Us immediately. If we can verify a defect does exist we will replace the part at no additional cost to you. Note that neither PartsTree.com nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for a customer's misuse of merchandise.
Availability and Fulfillment
Most orders ship from our inventory within one business day. We are constantly evaluating and expanding our inventory in order to increase the percentage of orders that ship within one day. Parts on customer orders that are not in our stock are ordered from our suppliers every weekday. It usually takes 1-5 business days to get the parts into our stock, allowing us to fill and ship your order. Parts that are not in stock at our suppliers (the Original Equipment Manufacturer or their regional distributor) will take longer to obtain and these delays are not within PartsTree.com's control.
PartsTree.com does not condone "dealer racing", meaning ordering the same parts from multiple dealers to see who gets it to you first, and reserves the right to permanently ban users found to repeatedly cancel or return orders.
All returned parts must be in new, un-used, un-installed, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging. You have 365 days from the date you receive your order to return the parts to us for a full refund of the price you paid for the part. Please note we cannot refund the shipping and handling charge.
To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our Order Status page or by calling Customer Service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and may select any shipping method you like. Once PartsTree.com receives and approves your return, we will apply the appropriate refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing returns. In order to enable efficient and timely processing of returns, please ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package and please include a copy of your order invoice.
PartsTree.com partners with several major carriers for each shipping delivery option, and we will use the most appropriate carrier to deliver your order. Our Standard Service shipping starts at $7.95. Shipping and handling costs as well as service level availability such as Next Day Air are based on your location and will be displayed during check out after you enter your shipping address.
There may also be additional shipping charges for over-sized or overweight items. If any additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipping your package.
Please note that holidays observed by PartsTree.com and/or the carrier are not considered business days for the purposes of estimating fulfillment or shipping transit times.
PartsTree.com reserves the right to change carriers to ensure that your package arrives in the fastest time possible. All services and carriers may not be available for all locations, and availability is subject to change.
To change your shipping service level, please call PartsTree.com Customer Service. Do not request a shipping service level change via our Contact Us email form, as it will not automatically stop your order from shipping at the current shipping service level. The shipping service level may be changed only prior to an order entering "picking" status, the point at which the order contents are physically picked in the warehouse.
The shipping service level is your choice. Though we ship most orders within one business day, we do not guarantee all parts will be in stock for those who choose expedited shipping. Part availability is totally independent of the shipping service level choice. If all parts are in stock, expedited orders submitted before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on a weekday should ship that day, PartsTree.com and carrier holidays excepted.
By default, PartsTree.com holds orders until we can ship them complete. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order by entering a note when submitting the order, by sending us an email via our Contact Us form or by calling PartsTree.com Customer Service. There is an additional Shipping and Handling fee per partial shipment. This fee is charged at the time of the partial shipment.
A Drop Shipment is any order that we chose to fulfill from our supplier’s inventory and ship directly to the customer. Drop Shipments are very rare and usually reserved for reducing transit time on oversize or overweight parts when we do not currently have in stock from one of our suppliers, PartsTree.com may alter the carrier or service level to ensure the quickest delivery time of the order. Drop Shipments are not currently available by request.
Due to COVID-19, we are no longer offering international shipping with USPS at this time. We deeply regret this situation and are working on implementing a new solution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from PartsTree.com, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. PartsTree.com does not offer a pre-pay program for such fees, and does not offer the option to ship any parcel as a gift.
For products shipped to Canada, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manual, instructions and safety warning may not be in the destination countries languages; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination countries standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards. You are responsible, as the importer, for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported, and you are in compliance with all laws and regulations of the products destination country.
Due to shipping restrictions, all lead-acid batteries ship WITHOUT acid.
All orders choosing an "air" shipping service level will be reviewed for eligibility. By law, certain hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air. If we find your order contains a hazardous material and you chose an "air" shipping service level, we will contact you to discuss your options.
PartsTree.com disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
PartsTree.com shall not be responsible for any commercial, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of any products. All merchandise is warranted under coverage as provided by each individual manufacturer. Goods to be returned for warranty consideration must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which can only be issued by PartsTree.com. Please use the Order Status page to request an RMA number.
PartsTree.com sells Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and in some cases third-party manufacturer "alternative" parts. References to OEMs, their trade names, or their part numbers is for identification purposes. PartsTree.com specifically notes when an aftermarket part is available as an OEM alternative and does not ship aftermarket parts as if they are OEM parts. PartsTree.com does source some OEM parts from multiple sources so the OEM reference may change at fulfillment. Two examples: 1) Sourcing engine parts directly from the engine manufacturer instead of buying them from the equipment OEM (e.g. buying Kawasaki engine parts from Kawasaki instead of from Husqvarna) and 2) Sourcing a part used for multiple brands from a single OEM source (e.g. Exmark parts purchased from Toro ... the parent company).
All equipment for sale on PartsTree.com was sourced from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and comes with only original parts. All units are in new condition.

Part numbers, descriptions, pictures and diagrams are the property of the manufacturers and PartsTree.com cannot guarantee their correctness. It is the user's responsibility to determine a part's correctness for a particular application.
