The Saw Chain is one of the most common replacement parts on a chain saw or pole saw as its location causes it to be exposed to heat, dirt, and debris which cause it to grow dull with extended use. Never continue working with the chain until it is completely dull, a chain file used at regular intervals can quickly restore sharpness.
